Christopher Steele Appointed New CEO of EBP US

BOSTON, MA, August 1, 2022 - EBP is pleased to announce that effective August 1st, 2022, Christopher Steele has been appointed President and CEO of EBP US.

Steele joined in 2021 to lead the firm’s economic development practice. Prior to joining EBP, Chris was the leader of Conway Data’s Advisory Services practice areas and had previously served for a decade as COO of Investment Consulting Associates. 

Chris has over three decades of experience as a land use, transportation, and economic development planner. He also brings a wealth of experience as an international leader in economic development, location, and site selection consultancy, and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) advisory.  Chris is a frequent presenter at industry events worldwide, including Transportation Research Board (TRB) conferences, Area Development, Cargo Logistics Canada, Great Lakes Economic Forum, IEDC’s annual summits, and the FDI World Forum. In addition, he has either led or played a significant role in multiple TRB projects on freight movement, land use, and economic development policy.
