Ira Hirschman presented at the AASHTO Council on Rail Transportation, 2021 Annual Meeting, held September 28th-October 1st in Milwaukee, WI.
Mr. Hirschman discussed EBP's recent work for AASHTO and APTA creating a guidebook for decision makers on "Assessing the Business Case ROI for Intercity Passenger Rail Corridor Investment. His presentation took place on 9/29 during the session on "Rail Investments and Improving Core Assets."
