Naomi Stein Presents Webinar on Right-Sizing Transportation Investments

EBP's Naomi Stein served as one of the three presenters, who diagnose how an agency’s asset portfolio may no longer be expected to generate economic returns to justify anticipated improvement or preservation costs, and develop and assess options to right-size. They also described how to implement right-sizing solutions in collaboration with allied agencies and other jurisdictions.
