Naomi Stein Quoted in Washington Post on Monorail Economic Impacts Study
Naomi Stein was quoted in an article entitled "Monorail between Montgomery and Frederick counties would generate billions in economic benefits, study says," published in the October 29th, 2020 issue of the Washington Post.
The article showcases the findings of an economic impact study for a proposed monorail line along the I-270 corridor in Montgomery and Frederick counties, Maryland. EBP is conducting the study for the High Road Foundation.
