Winston's SHRP2 Economic Analysis Tools Presentation From ITE Technical Conference
Adam Winston, Economic Analyst for EDR Group, spoke at the Institute of Technical Engineers' (ITE) Technical Conference, held March 3-6, 2013 in San Diego, CA. He spoke as part of a discussion on the Strategic Highway Research Program's Capacity Products for Delivering Highway Planning Decisions (SHRP2).
Winston presented on "Improved Economic Analysis Tools," (SHRP C11), which were developed by EDR Group and consist of a suite of modeling and forecasting tools that provide the range of reasonable expectations for a proposed project by major economic impact and economic development performance measures.
