Community Choice Energy Aggregation in Contra Costa County

EBP provided a job analysis related to the proposed implementation of a CCE program for county energy consumers who are not participating in an existing and adjacent program (Marin Clean Energy). The firm also examined a forecast of economic impacts from implied electric 'generation' rate differences between PG&E's forecast rate schedule and those that could be offered under different CCE objectives - such as the trade-off between rate minimization for customers or investing in new local solar projects (whether owned or leased) using CCE revenues.
