Msalato Airport Investment Analysis
For the African Development Bank, Tanzania Airports Authority and TANROADS, EBP (formerly EDR Group) is developing an economic and financial report on the return on investment (ROI) in building a new international airport to serve the Tanzanian capital of Dodoma.
The study includes passenger and cargo aviation forecasts, a benefit-cost analysis (BCA), Including documentation of net present value and internal rate of return. It also includes an economic impact analysis to document the wider benefits of the project to the Dodoma region and to Tanzania. Furthermore, a noise analysis was performed by EBP Switzerland. The report will be reviewed by the Tanzanian Airport Authority, TANROADS and the Africa Development Bank.
