For California DOT and the UC Berkeley's Transportation Sustainability Research Center (TSRC), Glen Weisbrod of EDR Group (now EBP) was an invited speaker at a 2016 workshop of national experts to discuss options for transportation performance metrics that spanned the three areas of Livability, Accessibility & Prosperity. Mr. Weisbrod presented options for prosperity performance measures and discussed their interaction and correlation with livability and accessibility measures.
